Custom Wire Configurations and Capabilities

Custom wire can be drawn from a wide range of alloys, such as copper, aluminum, or resistance wire, and can be coated with ceramic, polymer, or PTFE insulating enamels. Our stranded wires are typically produced in 2-strand, 7-strand, or 19-strand configurations using conductors ranging from 25 microns to 2.5 mm in diameter.

Wire can be packaged on CFW-provided spools in various sizes depending on customer preference. Our team has been producing precision wire products for over 60 years and can advise customers regarding the ideal material, size, and configuration of wire for the given application. Stranded wire can be manufactured in any volume, from the small quantities needed for research and development to the high volumes needed for full scale OEM production applications.
